Delete Your Account
This page lets you permanently delete your PuzzleParty account and its data without the app installed. PuzzleParty is operated by PuzzleParty LLC. You can also delete your account inside the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and login
- All puzzle results and stats
- Party memberships and messages
- Direct messages — also removed for the people you chatted with
- Hosted parties get a new host or close
What we keep, and the timeline
We keep support tickets you've submitted (with your name and email removed — the ticket text itself is kept) and unlinkable usage analytics. If your email address was previously suppressed — a bounce, a spam report, or a manual block — we also keep that record (the address, the reason, and timestamps, with no link to your account) so we can avoid sending it unwanted email. Everything else is deleted within minutes; backups are purged within 90 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel your PuzzleParty Plus subscription. Manage it in the App Store / Google Play first — otherwise you'll keep being billed.
Request deletion
Enter your account email and we'll send a confirmation link. The link expires in 30 minutes and can be used once.
